Modernization of typical flat sachet type packaging has led the Manufacturer into designing machines that are more suited to ease of handling packaging With this in mind we have designed a vertical machine capable of forming and filling a triangular pack This machine has the capability of filling various types of materials such as washing powders, sugar type applications, coffee, tea powdered drinks, peanuts, oatmeal’ s and dehydrated foodstuffs… etc.


Features:
1. All stainless steel cover meets to GMP standard.
2. Equipped with antipollution and dustproof device.
3. Automatic adjustment of pouch size and filling range.
4. Automatic self support lubricating system, the machine can work 24 hours and the maximal opacity
is 110 begs/min.
5. The operation facility is controlled by American intel computer, all function is displayed with digital
screen.
6. Minimum sealing temperature variation employs PID temperature, the tolerance is controlled by
± 2%.
7. Equipped long filling screw make the sealing area clean and strong and compact shut-off door is used
to prevent from product clamping at sealing jaw.
8. Ink printer and conveyor are as an option.
