A complete JINDA Series JLR-1500IIsystem consists of a power control unit, welding gun, a combination welding and control cable and a ground cable with clamp.
The power/control unit is designed for welding 3 mm through 6 mm diameter weld base studs. The power/control unit is a transformer -rectifier type power source with built-in controls. A semiconductor control rectifier SCR components are used in the capacitor voltage charge control and also a SCR in discharging control for the weld voltage. The unit is equipped with a protection circuit which will interlock two SCR to avoid at same time trigger two SCR.
