WZB JF-800 bimetal bushing is based on steel and sintered with CuPb10Sn10 as a lining layer. This type has the best performance within the range of Cu-Pb alloy constructed bushing. Very high fatigue strength and load capacity, with high shock resistance and good corrosion resistance. When cooperated with hard shaft, the joumal rigidity is not less than 53HRC.
Thereforce it has a wide application and is mostly suitable for where is middle speed and high impact. Suitable for wrapped bushing and thrust washer and connecting rod bearing in internal combustion engine used in mechanical equipment and high shock bushings etc.
