ilution method:
dissolve the solid state acrylic leveling agent with hot water.
Usage after dilution:
Dyeing:
Put fiber---add levelling agent to make fiber wet---dye according to the process. Dosage:0.5-1g/l
Modifying:
Put SY-4 with 2-3g/l, then add dyestuff, boiling dyeing for 30-40min in 100 centigrade degree, then adjust according to the fact.
Printing: The using method and dosage is the same as traditional leveling agent 1227, normally about 0.5%.
