The technical requirement of rear axle as below:

1.the driving ratio: plain type: high gear 35/14x36/30,AUG Augmentation type:35/14x45/21

2.the max input torque: 300N.m, the max rotating speed: 3000r/min

3.each parts should be agility,Reliable and don't be clampingstagnation when running.

4.the max load bearing: 7000N.

5.  Surface treatment: The painting, spurts models or the baking varnish, the request surface not leaks the paint, escapes the paint, flaws and so on flow marking  .

6.Welds reliably reliable, the welded joint is smooth, does not allow to leak welds, the faulty soldered joint, does not fuse, scar lump, and so on burning through flaw.

7.all quality shoule be suitable for SLJG08-01.

8.Hydraulic oil capacity is 850ml-900ml.

9.rocker arm shaft should be locate in front horizontal direction.

10.the length of rocker arm shaft is 83mm( SL2400125C),match haplopore straight-arm (

SL2400126a).

11.rear axle welding accessories : steel plate Support : SL2400128H, adjusting yoke lifting lug:SL2400127H.

12. the request of adjusting yoke lifting lug is @13, hole shoule be locate in brake Edge.

13.drive shaft: common drive shaft 820mm-38-50X20-20.

14.the length of shift wire drawing is 1280mm.

15.axle tube material: @60x4 seamless steel pipe.

 16.Has not poured the common difference size limit deviation 

is CB/TL804-0 execute.

This rear axle is use for three wheel motorcycle, cargo tricycle, motor tricycle, electric tricycle.
