Use Method:

1. Take out the inner package, peel the separatory paper and stick it on the cloth. Do not knead it.                               

2, When it cool down, please tear it out as soon as possible. Or there will be more and more difficult to tear it out.                                            

                      

The temperature will be higher than the highest temperature it shows. do not use it when you are asleep.                           

Please stop using it when you feel it is too hot.                    

Children or people with certain disability who cant stop using it or fix it with belt immediately should be careful.                     

Please confirm the situation of skin each time per hour.      

Please be careful when stick it on the thin underwear for use.  

The diabetes patient and the people, who have thalposis and blood-flow obstacle, please consult a doctor.

Please do not fix it with strap or bandage.

Please pay attention that it's easy to result burn if use several packs at one time.   

Do not use it besides the oven, bed clothing and heating kits. Or the inner bag will  expand and burst. This will shorten its' heating time.

1, Store it in the  shady place and avoid the direct sunlight.
