Specifications

Apply to tin based lead or lead free solder alloy  wire/bar extruder.

f.Above solder wire can all be extruded to single or triple flux cored solder alloy wire.

Trait:
 1.Main oil vat:

Adopt plunger type cylinder (Germany technology). Vat diameter φ450 mm, rated

working pressure 210kg/cm2(21Mpa). Hydraulic system adopts steady speed structure
to assure the extruding stability of the metal & flux flow.

2.     Inside oil vat: Diameter φ120 mm, rated working pressure 21Mpa. With the

advantage of quick oil injecting to shorten the idle running time and enhance the

productivity.

3.     Motor: Adopt top brand China (Dong guan motor), two sets at: 11KW-6 & 5.5KW-4

4.     Temperature control: Adopt Japan RKC temperature control system, for extruder

head, front crossbeam and flux tank three phases.

5.     Guarantee: One year for free maintenance (Man-made damage & consumable

parts like radiation panel, extruding canister, extruding pole and flux nib not included) .

       Adopt West-Germany Technology, oil cylinder designed to be compound two inside
the machine. With the advantage of quick oil indraft to save extruding vacancy then

enhance efficiency accordingly. A variable pump can adjust the oil dosage according to

the hydraulic pressure to make the extruding process evenly and ensure the liquidity &

stability of the flux to avoid the lack or uneven distributing of the flux. The extruding

mould was made by H13 material with advantage of long life span and no distortion or

break for long time use. Shorten the extruding pole to avoid the deflection range during

the extruding process to bump the extruding mould and create solder scraps.
