Replacing manual moulding by machine.

Usually, Hand-tufted carpet maker have to do needlework on the carpet or need a mould for the job. The conventional technique is to paint the pattern manually on plastic film, then punching by rivet along the outline with certain distance to form the mould. At last, infiltrating the printing ink into the carpet covered by plastic film. The pattern will be formed for knitting the carpet.

However, manual pattern painting and rivet punching always cost a lot of time. This tedious working must be replaced by laser processing.
