Working Principle of Sand Making Machine
The impeller driven by the motor through V-belt and gear reducer rotates slowly. The sand enters into the washing trough through the feedertrough, under the action of impeller, the sand rolls and grinds together to remove the impurities covered on the surface and destroy the water vapor layer for easy dewatering. At the same time, add water to create a strong water flow, and thus discharging the impurities from the overflow port. The clean sand is taken away by the blade, and is poured into discharge trough from rotating impeller.
