By combining the conductive fiber with the scrim, the felt meets the demand of antistatic.
Most industrial dust will blasts when it meets the static discharge if its content comes to a certain extent. This causes explosion and fire. So in the dedusting application of those cases, the dust should be collected with special dust bags which are anti-static.
To meet such special demand, we absorbed the advanced technologies and developed the anti-static needle felt. There are two types: blending the conductive fibers with the yarns and combining the conductive fiber with the scrim.
It can be water and oil repellent, and easy to clean after the surface treatment.
