Our CA abrasive is prepared by a novel sol-gel process. The abrasive grit has a super microcrystal structure which consists of billions of grains that at the scale of 5 to 300 nanometers.

With enhanced fracture toughness and hardness of the grain, our CA abrasive shows excellent performance when made into grinding wheel and cutting wheel. The advantages of our CA abrasive are listed below:

 

a. Sharp grain shape and good self-sharpening bring efficient grinding and fast cutting;

b. High toughness and low abrasion loss lead to long service life;

c. High cost performance makes it the best substitute of WA and CBN abrasives.
