1. Product Introduction
ZDTS Series Dehydrate Linear Vibrating Screen is a kind of vibrational classifer equipment specially designed for desliming, demedium, dehydration. It is widely used in the process of classification and dehydration of granules and recycling of slimes and gangue.
 
2. Working Principle
a) Our product adopts dual motors as power supply:
The double vibration is installed parallel, when they are running at the same time, centrifugal force is produced by two groups of eccentric block. Centrifugal force along the direction of vibration is superposed, otherwise it is offseted. Thus form a single centrifugal force which along the direction of vibration, which makes screen box affectation reciprocating linear motion.
B) Our product adopts flange vibrator as power supply:
The two motors that rotate synchronously and reversely and centrifugal force is produced by two groups of eccentric block. This makes the screen body periodical to-and-fro moving along the direction of straight line, which is for the purpose of dehydration. The screen frame is connected by the high-intensity bolts, so the structure is stable and durable.
