Feature

Simple Installation:
The furnace bottom and the trolley light rail are linked as a whole. It can be used on smooth cement floor. It doesn’t need foundation installment. The large-scale trolley furnace uses the prefabricated module and on-site assembly.
Low energy consumption:
The entire textile fiber blanket module, the heat insulation effect is good, and low energy store, the heat loss is small.
The large-scale trolley furnace can be separated into many different sized heating chambers. Different sized work pieces can be put in appropriate heating chamber. The energy conservation is especially low.
Equipment failure rate is low:
Completely automatic temperature and movement control, perfect alarm device and lock protective device. The main drive system’s electrical machinery, the speed reducer, each kind of relay, the contact device, temperature controller, the heating element and so on use the famous brand goods completely. The quality is reliable, the service life is long, the failure rate is low, the maintenance cost is low.

Structure

This series of electric furnace shell and trolley are mainly made by welding the steel plate and the shaped steel.
The ventilator is composed by the air blower and the air deflector. There is an electricity chain-like between the blower motor and the heating element, only when the air blower is connecting could the heating element be energized, which can guarantee the heating element working under situation of recirculation and ventilation.
The furnace lining and the furnace body use entire textile fiber. The trolley’s compressed parts are built by alumina brick, below which the temperature brick are used to keep temperature.
The furnace door’s raising or lowering is achieved by roller wheel’s rolling up and down on the guide rail. The furnace door and the trolley’s drive are both supplied by the electromotor.
Each activity part of the furnace adopts coordinated control.
