The vacuum sintering furnace is mainly used in the powder metallurgy product, the metal injection formation product, and the sintering of the stainless steel base, the hard alloy, the super alloy, the high proportion alloy, the ceramic material, the magnetic material, the neodymium iron boron and so on. Each metal oxide’s saturation vapor pressure is very low in the vacuum, which could urge the oxide’s decomposition and elimination. The vacuum sintering furnace has vertical and horizontal-type two kinds. According to the furnace temperature and the customers’ technological requirements, using graphite, molybdenum or tungsten as the heating element and heat shield. The programmable PID adjusts are installed. The chamber can be moved out totally for easy maintenance. An air charging system is equiped which can fill the protection gas or working gas into the furnace, the gasification current capacity is adjustable. The internal recycling cooling system is equiped, which can accelerate the material to cool in the furnace, reducing working period, and it’s good for improving the product quality and the working efficiency.
