Our DK77 linear cutting machine is designed, produced and inspected based on the target of good quality and cheap price. Type A machine has improved a lot in appearance and performance. The material has changed to resin sand instead of clay sand, which improved appearance quality and solved the problem of left water on the machine. The board and metal material improvement enhanced the waterproof function and water inflow problem. Type A machine with longer chees reduced the commutation frequency, which improved the working efficiency and service life. The film on the guide pass with good wearability and small damping coefficient and vibration proof hugely improve the stability. Our gasoline pump helps a lot for easy operation and maintenance. Proximity switch can be used as travel switch for stable commutation; Cross carriage is controlled by five phase decade clap for less mechanical error; Pulled thread helps more uniform expansion force of molybdenum wire. All these functions is beneficial for improving machining accuracy. Fluctuation of coil holder for the specification above DK7740 is driven by motor.
