1. materials preparation

Sand and lime are the main raw materials to produce limesand brick.The sand can use river sand,sea sand,aeolian sand, deposit sand and tailings sand of dressing plant.We can use different methods to mine according to the different kinds of sand and characteristics of mine.The production of lime mainly adopts the method of calcination. 

2. Mixture preparation

Before produce the mixture,we should design the mix proportion.Designing the mix proportion should consider to make the air brick has enough strength and make the products reach the certain performance decided in advance,sush as strength,durability,freezing resistance and stability in the erode medium.It is not right to say that the higher strength the better,because the higher the strength is ,the more lime will be used and the better the sand grading,this means the more cost.So,mix design actually is to find the optimized critical between technology and economy.When we design the mix proportion,we should consider these initial condition:performance of raw materials(mineral and grain composition of sand,chemical composition of lime,active calcium oxide content in the lime,hydratation speed and temperature and so on),quality requirements and suppress to the products,conserve condition.The preparation of mixture include many processes such as digestion of lime,measure and stir of mixture,digest of mixture,dispose of digestive mixture. 
3.air brick moulding 
Now the brick making machine inland has the defect of low pressure compared with the foreign products.Only when the pressure is sufficient,the strength of limesand brick can be ensured,oridinary the pressure is over 8Bar,and best is 10Bar.The suppress time also has influence on the strength of air brick.If the suppress time is too short, the strength of air brick will be too low,but if the suppress time is too long,there is no meaning.
