APPLICATION AND FEATURES
Hystan Plastic Injection Moulding Machines are applicable to injection molding of various kinds of thermoplastics, and have following features:
1. Adopting double-cylinder injection, with multilevel injection, pressure maintaining and anti-dribbling action, high injection pressure, and fast speed.
2. Low-speed high torque hydraulic motors drive screws directly, stepless speed changing is achieved.
3. Adopting five-pivot point double-elbow hydraulic machinery clamping devices, for energy saving and stable movement.
4. Adopting computer control, proportional electro-hydraulic drive, auto-alarm, fail safe, high degree of automation.
5. The machine has "Manual" mode, "Semi-automatic" mode and "Automatic" mode. "Automatic" mode includes "Electric Eye" automatic and "Time" automatic for users to choose.
6. The machine has an electrical safety duplicate protection device, which is safe and reliable to be operated.
7. Hydraulic components are designed to be outside the machine, which is easy for installation and maintenance.

MOLD LOCKING UNIT
Parameter optimization of a computer, the template using the finite element analysis, with ultra-low voltage sensitive mold protection function, so that mechanical, electrical double security.

INJECTION UNIT
High torque hydraulic motor-driven screw rotation, variable speed, durable.

CLAMPING UNIT
Auto-mode, switch to a different mold, through the parameter settings to achieve automatic adjustment of clamping force.

HYDRAULIC UNIT
It employs the imported hydraulic elements and components, uses the proportional pressure, proportional flow means, offers live load dynamic force.
