Character: It is white or colorless rhombic crystalline or prismatic crystal. It is easily soluble in water, but insoluble in ethanol. The relative density is 1.63, and melting point is 34.6℃ .If heated to 180℃, it may lose crystal water, convert to anhydrate.
Usage: In food industry it is used as agent for baking to avoid oxidation stain and as emulsifier in dairy products to prevent egg white from solidification. It`s also used as emulsifier and chelae agent for solid drinks.
Packing: It is paged with polythene bag as the inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
