Film Coating Machine : coating of separation layer and color layer of electrochemical-aluminum or alumaluminized
transfer film.
Film Coating Machine is designed and developed specially for two-times coating of separation layer and color layer
of electrochemical-aluminum or aluminized transfer film. As per technology demands, the line can accomplish
two-times coating in one process, so as to improve production efficiency greatly, prevent from abrade and damage
of coated side, and improve products' quality.
The line uses AC servo motor for unwinder, rewinder and drive, and adopts advanced numerical control technique
with a tension floating roll to achieve automatic dynamic tension control for the line, so as to improve the precision
and stability of tension control greatly. The line uses PLC and colorful touch screen HMI, to achieve line operation
and control, as well as on-line inspection, display and save, which is convenient for operating and maintenance.

The line adopts unique design in doctor blades and press rolls for coating heads. The doctor blade is adjustable in
three dimensions with vibration damper plate at stable pressure. Each roll uses an imported aluminum guide roll
through kinematic balance treatment. Unwinder and rewinder adopt Dual--shaft dual-station automatic roll changing
and automatic splicing. Rewinder adopts automatic tapered tension control, to ensure winding quality.
