Arrow back pressure valve is one of the inner blowout preventer during drilling.Compared with the other back pressure calve,it possesssed the advantage of high strength,high pressure-resistant,safety and reliable,etc.
The product mainly consist of valve joint,valve body,lower gasket,upper gasket,seal cartridge,“O”type seal ring,pressure cap and lock pressure cap,etc.
The tool should be connected to needed drilling position in operation.Under normal drilling condition,drilling liquid pass through valve body and water channel to furnish downward.When happened well kick and blowout, underground pressure impel valve body to move upward 14° pyramidal face of valve body is fitted tightly against gasket pyramidal face,they can prevent drilling liquid within the drilling from gushing and blowout upward.
