1.The continuous tempering machine is the indispensible equipment on the natural flavor chocolate process. It consists of tempering center, hot water and cold water cycle system, temperature sensor, solenoid valve, control system and electric box.
2.The tempering center is the vertical type stepless speed regulating tempering screw which has been divided into three sections so as to approaching the continuously and evenly tempering process.
3.The pump which be installed at the bottom can feed the fine ground chocolate pulp into tempering center smoothly. Then it will regulate and control the temperature at every section of the tempering center accurately as per the chocolate process technology, so as to guarantee the smoothly demolding, form stable β-type crystal and improve the chocolate quality.
4.After all these process, the chocolate pulp will be well crystallized with smooth taste and gorgeous appearance.
