Casing test pressure plugging device is the specialized tool for casing test pressure.On the one hand it can be used to test pressure for single casing on the ground,on the other hand it can be used to test pressure for underground casing string.At the same time it can be used to conduct primary laminated test pressure for casing and antispray device fitted well-head apparatuses.
Structure and Features
1. Casing test pressure plugging device consists of core shaft,leather cup,joint and sealing ring.See figures.
2. Leather cup is made into “V”shape.Hardness of the mouth is lower than underneath hardness.It is ensured for rubber strength and put the tool into casing successfully.
3. Working pressure of leather cup is 35 Mpa.Suitable temperature is -40ºC—100ºC.
