Introduction:

The range of ice making capacity is from 500kg/day to 50T/day, evaporator is an insulated double wall stationary cylinder mounted in vertical position. Water is pumped into the top tray and distributed inner surface in a continuous water curtain, then is will be frozen by the low temperature refrigerant between the cylinder walls, the evaporator is of the direct expansion type, at lat the ice knife removes the ice from the wall without touching the inside surface of the cylinder.
