Tubing collar trip spear is applied to be fishing fallen objects with tubing internal thread during well workover in the oil and gas fields.
Structure:
Tubing collar tril spear mainly consists of top joint, locking nut,guide screw, mandrel, slips, sluice pipe, etc. As is shown in the figure.
Serrated thread of top joint lower position connects with mandrel, it is compressed with a locking nut to protect against screw off.
Mandrel taper is in keeping with slip internal pyramidal face.
There is a guide rail in the middle of mandrel, cylindrical head part of slip guide screw is inlaid in it. Slip lower end surface is processed tines which are in keeping with fished collar thread, it is slotted 4~6 narrow grooves. In order to lead into fish, mandrel lower end head part is spherical board, slip lower end bevel edge is 30°. In order to strengthen force of flushing top of fish, sometimes it can be mounted the sluice pipe at the lowest end of mandrel water hole.
