It can inspect the object by side-view lens in high magnification under high working distance so as to enable the application of 3D microscope in the field of precision and micro-electronic inspection.

II. Product Features:
l The design of double lens makes the 3D image process possible under high magnification
l The up-down lens can inspect the object by processing 2D image while the side-view lens can inspect the object by processing 3D image.
l Design of double optic path and parfocalization of double lens enable the side-view lens needn’t to adjust once the up-down lens arrive the focal point and it’s viewing position is accordant with the facing lens.
l Side-view lens can inspect the object in the angle from 0 to 90 degree, and it can cooperate with the rotation manual stage to get the best inspection of the object.

2) HDC300 USB microscope digital camera, matching side-view lens, has the resolution of 2056X1536, USB2.0 output and speed of 30fps.
3) 1/3” CCD color camera, 480 interlaced scanning, BNC video interface, with scale 8” LCD moniter
