Shape	Cylindrical shaped tank with U-sectional external stiffening rings.

Tipping cylinder	HYVA brand front tipping cylinder with safety support, provided for maximum liquid removal.

Overpressure safety	Overpressure relief valve on tank top.
Rear lid	Rear lid with hydraulically opening operation and heavy adjustable hinges. Safety Hydraulic check valves with auto check and mechanical hold on upper position.
Outlet Valve	One 150mm ball valve, manual operation.
Float over-flow valve	Shut-off float system prevents overfilling sludge tank. When the tank’s full, suction hose is closed automatically and a horn signal is activated.

Vacuum System                                                       

Vacuum pump	Air cooled vacuum pump, is driven from the PTO (OMSI brand) on the gearbox, provides high airflows along with high vacuum levels for removing materials above or below liquid surfaces.   Engaged and disengaged from drivers cab.
