Adjustable force gas spring are supplied at the maximum force the rod range is capable of.
 Using the valve located on the cylinder, gas can be released to provide the exact force
 required.

Adjustable force gas spring are shipped at maximum force. This can be reduced by 
venting the gas through a valve. Instructions are provided upon request.
