Safety joint is a specialized joint.
It is used to handle downhole accident and used to be mid—way test of drilling and coring.
Safety joints are divided into type H, type J and type AJ.
Type H Safety joint:The pin of safety joint is designed with sliding sleeves.
The pin and box joint adopt dowel to connect entirety,which can bear
loading pushing and pressing and transmiting torsion,be widely used in fishing,
washover and testing work,etc.
Type AJ Safety Joint:It is an essential safety tool for connecting the pipes in the well.
The body adopts wide buttress thread or special trapezoidal thread connection,
which is used to drill,fish,wash well,workover and test operation,etc.
