HE-608P Electric-hydraulic Eccentric-column Operating Table

The most advanced microcomputer control and electric-hydraulic transmission system provides with it a proper structure, easy and safe and reliable operation as well as an internationally acknowledged quality level. Its unique eccentric-column design makes it more suitable for the urology surgery, thoracic surgery, nephrology and those departments which utilize the C arm X-ray machine.

* It employs the microcomputer control and the advanced electric-hydraulic transmission replaces the traditional electric pushing rod transmission, so the arrangement of the surgical operation positions is more accurate, the operating speed is evener and more stable.

* The major components in the hydraulic system all are imported ones, so it is durable and more reliable with respect to its overall performance.

* With its eccentric-column design, an 87% X-ray transparent area can be obtained without moving the patient or the table platform.

* The whole series of product cushions are produced with the one-step e medical polyurethane forming method. It is insulative, non-inflammable, waterproof and meet the safety requirements. Because its surface is free of any apertures, therefore it is bacterium free and can be cleaned with ease.

* The table platform frame is made of wearproof aluminum alloy through one-step mould casting. The casing of the base and the lifting/lowering column, which are mode of #304 stainless steel, are shock-resistant and not easy to be damaged, and easy for cleaning and disinfection.

 

Description of the functions:

HE-608P employs the electric-hydraulic system to carry out movements of the table platform, i.e. lifting/lowering, forward/backward tilting and rightward/leftward tilting of the table platform, lifting/lowering of the back board, and the electric brake (option). A manual integrated waist bridge is available which has a lifting /lowering height of 0-120mm. Automatic shutdown after 70-seconds’ none operation is also possible with the system, so untended touching of the hand controller during the operation would be avoided and its safety is improved.

 

Note: The following functions are available upon user demands:

Automatic table platform restoration – With this function, the table can be restored to its horizontal position within the shortest time possible, no matter what angle it is located.

Surgical operation position memory – Once the table platform is set at any memorized surgical operation position, this memorized surgical position can be restored at any time.

Electric-hydraulic brake – A most stable 4-point ground automatic brake driven by the electric-hydraulic system.
Reserved DC storage – The DC storage batteries make sure that the operation can be continued by automatically providing DC power supply in the event of an AC power supply failure. Charging will be automatically started after connecting the power line. The requirements for the power supply: 220v 50Hz.
