The major physical and Chemical Properties:This product is a white flake or crystal powder. The Melting point is 135.0°C,the specific gravity is 1.527; It is difficult to dissolve in water and ether; It possesses the properly of anhydride of organic acid, for example: it reacts with alcohol to form ester through dehydrating, and reacts with hot water and steam to form acid, and benzoic acid through decarboxylating.
