Functions and Features

 The ZKI 315 models can accommodate pipe from 110-315mm..

 It is self contained for one man operation, The facer and hydraulic power pack are       

integrally mounted on the main frame.

 The whole machine weight is approximately 190 kg.

 The heater temperature is raised to 220°C from ambient in less than 8 minutes. 

 They are mounted on a pneumatic tyred wheel assembly that is very manoeuvrable.

 Robust construction with low maintenance requirements.

 The movable (sliding) 3rd clamp allows easy and time saving fixing of bends, tees and 

stub end without need of additional tools.

 There is electric hydraulic pump option for weld pressure application.
