Working Principles of Vibrating Screen
The motor drives the eccentric block of the exciter to do a high-speed rotation through the coupling. The rotating eccentric block produces strong centrifugal force to stimulate sieve box to perform certain amplitude circular motion. Being affected by the impulse from the sieve box, the materials on the oblique screen surface are continuously slung, the particles whose are smaller than other sieve pores can pass through the sieve to achieve classification.
