Character: In normal temperature, it`s with three hydrates. Light one is white, easily fragile or loose white powder, odorless. Relative density is 2.2, melting point is 35 ℃. It`s stable in the air. When heated to 700 ℃, it will become magnesium oxide. It hardly soluble in water, but it will bring a slight alkaline reaction. It can`t be soluble in ethanol but soluble in olefine acid with sparking.
Usage: In food industry it is used as anticoagulant, nutritional supplement (calcium intensifier).PH regulator and buffering agent, the additives in powder milk, candy, pudding and so on.
Packing: It is paged with polythene bag as the inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry, ventilate and clean warehouse; Be cautious to keep away from moisture and hot; unloaded with care. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
