This machine is mainly used for the thermal-setting treatment of natural fiber, man-made and systhetic fiber base cloth, padding cloth etc. It is used to make the fabric surface smooth, even in thickness, solid in quality, and enhance the strength of the fabrics and improve the CV value of fabrics. 

 

Process flow of the Production line:

material - pre-opener - main opener –cotton  accumulator - feeding - carding - cross layer –feeding machine  - pre-needle machine - upward stroke needle machine - downward stroke needle machine - upward stroke needle machine - calender cotton stock frame - cutting and coiling
