Specifications

Our high-frequency welded pipe mill line is designed to produce round, square and rectangular tube. This line utilizes roll forming to process steel strip into various shapes, with high frequency induction heating, the line is capable of producing strip steel  of stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel with various diameters and sizes. Our machine is very reliable, productive and easy handling.
 
High Frequency Welded Pipe Equipment can be divided into different types according to the diameter and the wall thickness of the pipe. The pipe mill can produce circular pipe, square and rectangular pipe and special pipe with the raw material of stainless steel, low carbon steel & alloy steel.
The specific process flow is: Uncoiler-shearing and butt welding -accumulator-forming, welding, sizing unit-penumatic tracking or computer controlled length cutting saw- run out table
Our pipe production line mainly produces straight seam steel pipe , its main features are :
 1. high  productivity---our machine is of high capacity, its' daily output can be as high as 30 tons per day;
2. low environmental pollution---the major environmental pollution of this kind of equipment is noise pollution caused by high frequency welding ,but this type of pollution is not much threat to the environment, it can be disregarded;
 3.   easily operation/handling---operators can control the equipment by just pushing the button on the electrical cabinet;
 4. small mechanical loss, basically no major wearing parts needed, only the  flying saw, high-frequency welding wire and other small consumptions if necessary;
 5. wide range of usage---welded pipe production line is widely used to produce bicycle tube, motorcycle tube, construction scaffolding pipes supermarket shelf management ,security windows pipes ,furniture pipes ,oil pipelines, etc;
