Features of our machine

This equipment is only a unit machine in the non-woven production line. It is mainly used for the thermal-setting treatment of natural fibre, synthetic fiber base cloth,  auxiliary material for clothing (such as collar lining, pad etc.). It is to make the fabric surface smooth, well finished, even in thichness, solid in quality, and enhance the strength of the fabrics and to improve the CV value.

 

We designed brand new lubrication system which is 100% leakage free. We designed integrated oil supplying system. The down-stroke part is lubricated in the way of oil mist, the up-stroke part is lubricated in the way of position injection system. This lubrication system is jointly developed by our company and the US company solely-invested in China, and the other auxiliary equipment are supplied by the US company as well, some of the critical components are purchased from overseas market.

To ensure the smooth operation of the equipment, we designed a pressure control switch to guarantee that the main driving system of the needle punching machine is controlled by the lubrication system, in this way the equipment can be started only when the lubrication system works normally.
