Process flow of the production line

The production line include all stages: material - pre-opener - main opener –cotton accumulator -  feeding - carding - cross layer – feeding machine (this is a “MUST”, can not be missed) pre-needle machine - upward stroke needle machine - downward stroke needle machine - upward stroke needle machine - calender cotton stock frame (highly recommended) cutting and coiling
