It is suitable for carding of 1.5-20D×38-65mm artificial fiber. The fiber is carded fully so that the mesh becomes more even through the double-cylinder carding at high speed. Feeding roller is driven by frequency conversion and it is equipped with anti-metal protection device.
Process flow of the production line
The production line include all stages: material - pre-opener - main opener –cotton accumulator - feeding - carding - cross layer – feeding machine (this is a “MUST”, can not be missed) pre-needle machine - upward stroke needle machine - downward stroke needle machine - upward stroke needle machine - calender cotton stock frame (highly recommended) cutting and coiling
