This machine is using scanner for welding, high welding speed, high precision, super nice bean quality, especially suitable for laser precision welding on all kinds of parts. During spot welding, the machines can higher the welding efficiency to 4-10 times more due to its lowest positioning time needed. Laser Scanning Welder is consist of YAG laser, power supply, scanner, 3D adjustable working table, industrial PC (with programmable controller optional), chiller, laser aiming, cabinets and so on.

The machine is based on expert laser welding software on windows flat. Laser welding spots or drawing can be input and edited directly in the software, also can be edited in Auto CAD\Corel DRAW and other software, then imported to this expert software on the machine. The machine is stable, east operated and simple maintained.
