Quartz ceramics crucible is used as a container of loading polycrystalline silicon materials during the production of solar energy polycrystalline silicon ingot casting , it will be melted under 1550°C, crystallized and produced polycrystalline silicon ingot casting ,it is the key consuming part during the producing of polycrystalline silicon ingot casting , adopting traditional quartz ceramics slip casting forming technology . And using good quality melting quartz as raw materials , the product has the characteristics of high purity, good heat stability , good antiseptic function , compressive strength and bending strength are big, precision of geometric size is high , and service life is long ,ect.
