[Sawdust dryer]
Sawdust dryer is widely used in drying granular wet sawdust which is sent into the drying tub continuously by screw conveyor. In the process of transporting and dispersing of high-speed hot air, the water content is evaporated, so that we can get powder or granular dry material. It is mainly consisted of the air heater, feeder, air drying tube, cyclone separating device, fan and so on.
[Working principle]
Sawdust dryer includes: heat furnace, feed port, rotating cylinder, filter cartridges, material duct, cooling tube and discharge port. Roller is driven by motor and reducer and lead rotating cylinder to rotate slowly. There is a feed opening between heat oven and the rotating cylinder, rotating tube equip with stir blade; The rotating cylinder and the 4 connected of filter cartridges place with baffles. The opening hole is in the baffle. One end of the filter cartridges connects to the rotating drum, the other end is connected with the material transport tube. Filter tube has a block, filter cartridge has a slag discharge hole at the bottom. One end of the cooling tube can join the pipeline through blower, the other end is connected with the discharge port. As sawdust dryer adopts the above structure, sawdust can be fully dried in rotating cylinder and the sawdust spreads fully before into the pipe which causing water to evaporate quickly. Baffle can stop impurities of sawdust to ensure the material quality near the pipeline. Wood chips enter into dryer and effect by the injection tube and the rotary body. The material and hot air attract to each other to complete the drying in the cylinder
[Feature]
1.        Strong anti-overload, large capacity, low fuel consumption, low cost
2.        Smoke and the wet material enter into the dryer from the same side. Adopting downstream for drying; materials can use high temperature smoke to obtain a high evaporation, dryer temperature is low in the outlet and it has high thermal efficiency.
3.        According to material nature, it can change operating parameters so that the material can form a stable and full cut fabric curtain to achieve mass and heat exchange more fully in the dryer drum.
4.        New feeding and discharging devices eliminate the phenomenon of feeding stoppage, discontinuous, ununiform and returning materials of roller dryer and reduce the load of the dust system.
5.        New internal structure strengthens cleaning and thermal conduction to the scattered material. It eliminates the phenomenon of cylinder wall adhesions and has more adaptability to moisture and adhesiveness of materials.
6.        Dryer achieves “zero thrust” which greatly reduces the wear of gear wheel and guarantee cylinder to operate smoothly and reliability.
7.        Dryer uses“self-aligning roller-type device” that make the under roller and the rolling ring to keep linear touch forever, thereby reducing wear and power loss greatly.
8.        According to user’s requirement, it can control the moisture content and size of products. Material moisture is within 8% when coal slime is dried, particle size can be controlled in 8mm.

Sawdust dryer is widely used for straw fuel briquette, charcoal powder, wood pellet fuel, sawdust briquette, agriculture engineering and other industries, such as corn stalks drying, soybean straw drying, cotton stalks drying, wheat straw drying, drying sorghum stalks, wood drying, wood shaving drying, sawdust drying, ginkgo leaves drying, mulberry leaves drying, other agricultural fibers materials drying.
