2. Description

These rounding vibrating screen are ideal for solids/solids and solids/liquids applications and range in size from 400mm diameter to 2000mm diameter .

They handle a wide variety of feed rates and consistencies, maximize through put by efficient screen utilization and anti-blinding devices. Multi-deck designs yield as many as six, predetermined particle sizes from 5 mesh (4mm) to 500 mesh (25 microns).

A unique design feature, the Quick-Change Screen option, reduces screen changing from hours to minutes.

The gasket is food silicon standard, each layer will have food silicon ring and food silicon balls, they will improve the screen efficiency.The machine has the SS304 skirt to hide the spring system from the view.
