Specifications

Metal Structured Packing is formed from vertical sheets of corrugated thin gauge metal with the angle of the corrugations reversed in adjacent sheets to form an open honeycomb structure with inclined flow channels and a relatively high surface area. To  A high surface area will only provide efficient mass transfer if it is effectively used to increase vapour-liquid contact, and therefore a variety of surface enhancements are available to promote liquid spreading over the packing surface. The low resistance to vapour flow combined with efficient use of available surface gives structured packings significant performance advantages over random packings in high vapour rate/low liquid rate systems

Material
Metal perforated plate corrugated packing is available in a wide range of materials, include stainless steels, 304, 316, 316L, Carbonsteels. Aluminium, copper bronze etc. Further materials available on request.

Perforated plate corrugated packing with the wide range of applications.
Diameter: 0.1-12m;Pressure: Vacuum to high pressure;
Liquid lood: 0.2 to more than 300 m3/m2.h;
System: Ethylbenzene/ styrene, Fatty acide, cyclohex anone/ cyclohexanol, caprolaction, etc, Absorption desorption.
