Computer-controlled Vacuum Carbon Tube Furnace

I, Usage:
The series of vacuum furnaces are periodic operating type furnace. It uses graphite tube or graphite rod as the heating element, and is suitable for the sintering of metals and inorganic metal materials under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions. Meanwhile, it is also applied for the roasting and purification of optical materials.

III, Structure Description
This electric furnace is vertical and the furnace shell is designed in dual layer water-cooled structure with inner layer of polishing stainless steel and outer layer of high-quality anti-rust carbon steel. The furnace lid with manual opening is designed with an observation window and baffle. And the furnace body is also designed with observation window, automatic access thermocouple equipment, over-temperature protected thermocouple and infrared thermodetector. On the side of the furnace, it is equipped with water-cooled electrode while the heating element is made of high-quality graphite and the insulating layer is in composite structure of carbon felt and graphite.
The vacuum system is made of oil diffusion pump and mechanical pump. In the mechanical pump there designed a solenoid valve, and the high and low vacuum valves are pneumatic baffle valve. With the digital displayed composite vacuum gauge and PLC, it can achieve the automatic switching of high and low vacuum.

The main loop of electric control system adopts low-voltage high current input method, and the electric control cabinet’s design refers to the Siemens standard control cabinet. The imported digital displayed control instrument controls the heating/cooling process automatically, there designed graphic simulating screen on the control panel with human design and easy operation, being direct. And the control system has functions of alarm with sound and light when such abnormal phenomena occurred as water break, ultra temperature, over-current and so on
