Cyclohexanone

 Properties: Cyclohexanone is a colorless transparent liquid, without visible impurities and with earth smell. It is with mint smell when it contains trace hydroxybenzene. The impure cyclohexanone is in pale yellow. It shows color from water-white to lark along with the generation of impurities during storage, and with an irritating odor.

Application: It is used for producing caprolactam, printing ink, paint, presswork, resin, plastic, artificial leather, pharmaceutical, and fine chemical products.
