[Overview of Overflow Type Ball Mill]
Normally, overflow type ball mill adopts wet production structure, which is one of the most widely used ball mill equipments. The finished ore pulp is discharged from the output end by flooding and with a high capacity. Besides, we add grinding head sieve in the grinding end for preventing big materials and grinding mediums from discharging. Compared with grid ball mill, the ore grinding time of over-flow type mill during production is longer, which makes ore grinded more fully in the machine. And the grinding products granularity is finer and the unit capacity is little less than the grate ball mill of same type. It is generally applicated in the secondary grinding work. Flow type ball mill is composed of shell, head, bearing, driving parts, gearwheel and feeding and discharging devices.
Besides, our company manufactured over-flow type ball mills with different dealing abilities and types of liner plate. Our products types are the most completed and products applications are the most widely in China. We are the manufacture with the most types of products, which can satisfy customers’ different requirements for ore production.
 
[Working principle of Overflow Type Ball Mill]
The ball mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driven by brim gearwheel. There are two chambers and grid. Material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as steel balls. The shell rotates so as to generate electricity, and this force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force to the material. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second chamber through segregate screen. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel ball, after the secondary grinding, material is discharged from the discharging.
