The raw material of OLAR calcium silicate boards are high-purity quartz flour,high grade portland cement, high-purity slaked lime,plant fiber and other mineral added substance.After agitating and mixing calcium and silicate at a ratio,we make the raw material into a wet sheet and then through one day high temperature autoclave by advanced technology to make the calcium silicate react to Tobermorite. From handling the raw material to processing semi-finished product,every procedure is under strict control to guarantee that supplying high quality calcium silicate board.
