Mosaic Tunnel Furnace.
- Total length is 28 meters, 0.8 meters in width and 0.28 meters in height.
- The heating section is divided into 4 segments with different heating method that the former three segments are top heating an the fourth segments is heated form four sides.
- All these four segments keep constant temperature by the computer build in.
- The transmitting component adopts high-power motor with steeples speed change transducer Guaranteeing high efficient production that exceeds 10 pieces per hour.
- The mesh belt is made up of refractory material which is able to endure 1000℃. For the mesh belt, Two diameter is optional listed as￠2.5mm and ￠3mm.
- Total Power: 120KW but only 60% power actually needed for the daily production.
Mosaic Cutting Table:
- With 20 supports, 40 U-type blades and one set of adjusted tools.
- Cutting Accuracy: ≤±0.15mm
- Easy to operate, within half an hour, the worker can operate the machine masterly.
- Cutting efficiency: Max. cutting size: 530mm × 530mm
It can cut 2 pieces of glass per minutes.
