Howerer, in order to ensure the high quality of the magnesium anode, we not only use the high pure magnesium ingot, but also take advanced technology to insure the purity of the alloy. Our company have developed a new casting technology over more than ten years of anode manufacturing experience.
We only use the above 80% high pure alloy of the melting in casting the anode, and further the whole casting procedure is protected by inert gases so that the anodes would not contain any inpurities, such as the oxidation slag inclusion caused by solvent and burning. By adopting this developed technology our anodes can avoid the common defects brought from the conventional hand casting.
