• Our assembly operators have a vast experience in all forms of PCB and unit assembly
• covering both commercial and military products
• In many instances, PCB assembly is only part of the process, for many of our customers we also amalgamate the PCB assembly into higher levels of product, this may include wiring, cabling and mechanical assembly
• To make this as easy as possible we would request the following data:
  • Gerber files
  • Bill of materials to include:
    • Manufacturer's part number, type of part, type of packaging, topside or bottom side assembly, component locations listed by reference designators and quantity
  • Assembly drawing, including any change notices
  • Dimensional specifications for non-standard components
  • Testing conditions/instructions
  • Your estimated order quantity
